About TeachBridge Pathways

Built by the UT Grow Your Own Center and 16 faculty fellows and backed by Ascendium Education Group, TeachBridge helps institutions prepare teachers by connecting clinical experiences with professional readiness. By focusing on competency-based assignments and virtual performance assessments aligned to national standards, TeachBridge empowers aspiring teachers to confidently move from practice to profession.

TeachBridge Core Competency Modules

TeachBridge Pathways includes 16 flexible modules aligned with InTASC standards, covering key teaching skills. EPPs can adopt one, several or all modules based on their program needs. These modules can be used in both undergraduate and post-baccalaureate pathways and are easily aligned with your state’s licensure requirements. Use the modules that work best for your teacher education program. Each module is equivalent to 3 credit hours.

Accessibility Statement

TeachBridge Pathways: From Practice to Profession has been developed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA. It features a linked table of contents and chapter headings for easy navigation, captioned videos, and alternative text for all informational images. Color contrast ratios within TeachBridge materials, as well as integrated Mursion Virtual Simulations, are WCAG 2.2, Level AA compliant. All materials have been checked for compliance to accessibility standards using the Universal Design Online Content Inspection Tool (UDOIT) Accessibility Checker in Canvas.

Accessibility may be influenced by LMS structure, which cannot be modified by our team. Following import into your local environment, an accessibility audit is recommended, as implementation changes may affect overall compliance.
