Suspension or Revocation of Access Privileges

The Library reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to Library facilities, services, resources, and technology when an individual's actions violate College or Library policies, misuse Library resources, disrupt Library operations or the academic environment, compromise the safety or security of Library users, staff, facilities, or collections, or otherwise interfere with the rights of others to use and enjoy Library spaces and services.

Individuals engaging in such conduct may be asked to leave Library facilities immediately. Restrictions on Library access may be temporary or permanent, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, and will be imposed in accordance with applicable FSCJ policies and procedures.
