Professional Affiliations
Library and Tutoring Services maintains affiliations and memberships with local, state, regional, and national professional organizations. These organizations provide professional development, training, networking, leadership, and collaborative opportunities that support the continued growth of Library and Tutoring Services faculty and staff.
Participation in professional organizations helps ensure that Library and Tutoring Services remains informed about emerging trends, best practices, technologies, and innovations that support teaching, learning, research, and student success. Faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in professional activities, serve on committees, contribute to organizational initiatives, and pursue leadership opportunities within their respective professions.
FSCJ Library and Tutoring Services faculty and staff also contribute to the profession through presentations, workshops, publications, committee service, and other professional activities. These contributions support the advancement of library and learning support services while promoting collaboration across the profession.
